How It All Started

Cardon Insurance was founded in 1964 by William Cardon Jr. with a simple belief, insurance should be personal. He built the agency on handshakes, honest advice, and a deep commitment to the El Paso community. For decades, he served local families and business owners who knew they could count on him for straightforward guidance.


When Mr. Cardon passed, longtime team members Mercie Flores and Vilma Koch purchased the agency and carried his values forward. Today, they run the business as owners with over 50 years of combined experience. Every conversation is personal.
